Full-Time Creative Retail Concierge & Customer Engagement Specialist

With this position, you will have the opportunity to explore workshops, window and display merchandising, creating unforgettable memories with our guests, assembling jewelry + blessing beads + ornaments, gift wrapping, inventory organization, calligraphy, serving tea, styling our guests, painting, and more. This role requires full availability Friday-Tuesday 8 am - 4pm.

Responsibilities:
Customer engagement and hosting our guests beautifully is the most important element of this role!
Creating magical and memorable moments in our shop for our guests
Bring joy to the day.
Co Host workshops, events, and art openings.
Jewelry making, gift wrap, ornament assembly.
Assisting with displays and restocking the store.
Ringing up customers
Attending to the dressing room and styling
Organizing and keeping a clean workspace
Ongoing Product Education
Assisting with Farmers Markets

Salary:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour with room to grow after 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Benefits:
Starting pay is $15-$16 an hour with room to grow + a monthly $225 stipend for health insurance, paid time off after 6 months of employment, and employee discounts.
